QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:

A business name must be stated at checkout. Limit one (1) sample pack per collection per order; up to four (4) a year. Orders in excess of these limits are subject to cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason. Please contact us if you require additional samples.
